SPLITTING WEDGE with SHIMS
The Splitting Wedge with Shims is used in a drilled hope for controlling splitting of rock or concrete. The two shims are placed in a 2" drilled hole at least 12" deep, with the holes in line with the direction of the desired split. The wedge is then driven into this opening with a paving breaker and the break is quickly accomplished.
